Global RISE-Health
Funding 2018-2023

Projects

The global scientific outputs of RISE-Health within its research innovation ecosystem encompass international collaborations, which are crucial for the development of synergies and new ideas in research. Significant collaborations have been maintained or established in various scientific fields. These actions have comprised active participation in research projects for competitive international funding and European and global research networking initiatives.

One crucial aspect is being proactive in the search for competitive funding. In this context, most of our researchers have submitted applications for national or international competitive funding, and many have been successful (over €30 million in granted funds).

Clinical Studies

The RISE-Health Researchers led around 1,000 clinical studies from 2018-2023 focused mostly on the fields of Cardiac & Cardiovascular Systems, Pharmacology & Pharmacy, Public, Environmental & Occupational Health, Surgery, Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Endocrinology & Metabolism, Clinical Neurology, Oncology, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Respiratory System, Pediatrics, Nutrition & Dietetics, Gastroenterology & Hepatology, and Allergy.
