RISE-Health Supports the III Luso-Brazilian Symposium Dedicated to Health

The initiative will bring together international experts to discuss “Interculturality and Innovation in Health Training.”

 

RISE-Health will support the 3rd edition of the Luso-Brazilian Symposium, an initiative that will take place on October 23rd and 24th at the Feluma Theatre in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, from 15h00 to 19h00 local time in Minas Gerais (18h00-22h00, in Portugal).

Under the theme “Interculturality and Innovation in Health Education,” the event program includes roundtable discussions that, with the participation of international researchers, will discuss topics related to professional health education and mental health in higher education.

The initiative, organised by the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Minas Gerais and Santa Maria Health School, one of the higher education institutions that comprises the largest research unit in the country, will also feature seminars dedicated to the latest advances in areas such as technological innovation and health education, and interdisciplinarity in emergency services.

Abstract submissions for the 3rd edition of the Luso-Brazilian Symposium are open until October 9th and can be submitted here.

Participation in the event is free and open, subject to prior registration.
