RISE-Health, in collaboration with the Doctoral Student Committee of this Research Unit, will organise a scientific writing workshop, an initiative aimed at teaching innovative techniques in sentence construction and citation processes.

The initiative, which will take place on November 28 and 29, in Amphitheatre 6.1 of the University of Beira Interior (UBI), will be taught by Tiago Jacinto, a researcher at the RISE-Health Research Unit and Visiting Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP).

Under the motto “Write well: Publish better”, the expert will address the importance of scientific writing and support students, teachers, and researchers who wish to improve their scientific writing and publishing skills in this area. The initiative includes a dinner party.
