RISE-Health<\/strong> e a <strong>Clinical Research Unit \u2013 RISE<\/strong> participaram, este s\u00e1bado, dia 4 de julho, na 6.\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o do INTERSECT, uma iniciativa da AstraZeneca.<\/p><p>No evento, que visava promover e acelerar o desenvolvimento de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o cl\u00ednica em Portugal, refor\u00e7ando pontes entre investigadores e parceiros estrat\u00e9gicos com forte posicionamento no ecossistema nacional, a<strong>\u00a0RISE-Health respondeu a este prop\u00f3sito ao dar a conhecer, atrav\u00e9s de um <em>stand,<\/em> os seus objetivos e oportunidades de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/><\/strong><br \/>Para <strong>Janete Santos<\/strong>, l\u00edder da CRU-RISE, participar na 6.\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o do INTERSECT significa \u201cafirmar a RISE-Health como um ecossistema de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o capaz de ligar ci\u00eancia, inova\u00e7\u00e3o e impacto efetivo em sa\u00fade\u201d, explica, apontando ainda que esta \u201c\u00e9 uma oportunidade para tornar vis\u00edvel a nossa capacidade de acompanhar todo o continuum de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 da descoberta laboratorial \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o cl\u00ednica, \u00e0 comunidade e \u00e0 transforma\u00e7\u00e3o do conhecimento em benef\u00edcios para doentes, servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade e pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas\u201d.<\/p><p>\u201cA presen\u00e7a da RISE-Health e da CRU-RISE \u00e9 particularmente relevante num contexto promovido por uma empresa farmac\u00eautica com forte investimento em inova\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento cl\u00ednico. A colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre institui\u00e7\u00f5es acad\u00e9micas, centros cl\u00ednicos e ind\u00fastria farmac\u00eautica \u00e9 determinante para aproximar necessidades n\u00e3o respondidas, evid\u00eancia cient\u00edfica, desenvolvimento tecnol\u00f3gico e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de solu\u00e7\u00f5es com valor real para os doentes\u201d, vinca Janete Santos.<\/p><p>A 6.\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o do INTERSECT contou, de acordo com a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, com \u201cum momento inovador de networking, concebido para ouvir de forma estruturada as necessidades dos investigadores para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de ideias que promovam a melhoria dos cuidados de sa\u00fade em Portugal\u201d.<\/p><p>Recorde-se que, nas edi\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores, o INTERSECT debru\u00e7ou-se sobre temas como o papel catalisador da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre a ci\u00eancia e a ind\u00fastria, assim como a inova\u00e7\u00e3o, informa\u00e7\u00e3o e pr\u00e1tica
