investigadora da <strong>RISE-Health<\/strong> e docente da <strong>Escola Superior de Enfermagem da Universidade do Porto<\/strong> (ESEP), assumiu recentemente a colideran\u00e7a da <em>task force<\/em> \u201cInnovation in Nurse Education\u201d, uma iniciativa desenvolvida atrav\u00e9s de uma parceria entre Portugal e Alemanha.<\/p><p>Com o objetivo de se afirmar como um f\u00f3rum internacional de partilha de ferramentas e experi\u00eancias educativas entre enfermeiros e educadores da \u00e1rea, esta <em>task force<\/em> da <strong>European Association for Palliative Care<\/strong> ir\u00e1 focar-se na capacita\u00e7\u00e3o destes profissionais para o desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias cl\u00ednicas e de lideran\u00e7a na presta\u00e7\u00e3o de cuidados paliativos.<\/p><p>Criada em 2021, a iniciativa internacional pretende, entre outros objetivos, construir uma comunidade de enfermeiros e educadores de enfermagem, disseminar os resultados de projetos em curso relacionados com o ensino de enfermagem e traduzir o conhecimento e a experi\u00eancia desta comunidade num relat\u00f3rio ou quadro de refer\u00eancia internacional que apoie o desenvolvimento do ensino em cuidados paliativos e o refor\u00e7o de pap\u00e9is de lideran\u00e7a para enfermeiros.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
