class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0<\/p><p>A <strong>Unidade de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o RISE-Health<\/strong> e a Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade do Porto (FMUP) promovem a Mesa Redonda intitulada <strong><em>\u201cTranslational and clinical research can change medical practice\u201d<\/em><\/strong> que ter\u00e1 lugar no dia <strong>22 de outubro<\/strong>, \u00e0s <strong>10h00<\/strong>, no <strong>Edif\u00edcio Abel Salazar<\/strong>, coordenada por <strong>Francisco Cruz (RISE-Health\/FMUP)<\/strong>, investigador principal do grupo Dor, Neurourologia e Coluna da Linha da Tem\u00e1tica 2 \u2013 Neuroci\u00eancias desta unidade.<\/p><p>Ao todo, s\u00e3o cinco os investigadores da RISE-Health que participam nesta Mesa Redonda. Al\u00e9m de Francisco Cruz, tamb\u00e9m os investigadores <strong>Pedro Mendes Ferreira, Rui Cerqueira, Lu\u00eds Jacinto <\/strong>e<strong> Patr\u00edcia Monteiro <\/strong>(RISE-Health\/FMUP), participam nesta iniciativa\u00a0centrada na <strong>investiga\u00e7\u00e3o cl\u00ednica e de transla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, e que ir\u00e1 abordar as \u00e1reas da <strong>Oncologia, Cardiologia <\/strong>e <strong>Neuroengenharia<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Altamiro da Costa Pereira <\/strong>(RISE-Health\/FMUP), diretor da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade do Porto, e <strong>Ana Paula Fran\u00e7a<\/strong> (RISE-Health\/ESEP), vice-presidente da Escola Superior de Enfermagem do Porto tamb\u00e9m v\u00e3o participar no evento. J\u00e1 os investigadores <strong>Ana Charrua, Lu\u00eds Azevedo <\/strong>e<strong> Nuno Vale<\/strong> (RISE-Health\/FMUP) ser\u00e3o moderadores de diferentes atividades no \u00e2mbito desta iniciativa internacional.<\/p><p>Dirigida sobretudo a estudantes de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, a 6th Annual Student Research Conference (ASRC) integra-se nas atividades da European University Alliance for Global Health\u202f\u2013 EUGLOH\u202fe constitui uma oportunidade \u00fanica para que estudantes de toda a Europa possam debater a Sa\u00fade Global.<\/p><p><strong>RISE-Health recebe delega\u00e7\u00e3o da EUGLOH<\/strong><\/p><p>No contexto da 6th Annual Student Research Conference (ASRC) e da EUGLOH Annual Summit 2025, est\u00e1 prevista a visita de participantes desta iniciativa \u00e0s instala\u00e7\u00f5es RISE-Health na sua sede, a Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade do Porto.<\/p><p>Com in\u00edcio marcado para as 14h00, os visitantes ir\u00e3o reunir com o <strong>Fernando Schmitt<\/strong>, Diretor da Unidade de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, e atrav\u00e9s do qual poder\u00e3o ficar a saber mais sobre a maior Unidade de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o do pa\u00eds.
