maio, com a <strong>distin\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cSigma Europe Nursing Excellence in Research 2025\u201d<\/strong> pr\u00e9mio que reconhece a excel\u00eancia do trabalho cient\u00edfico do tamb\u00e9m docente da Escola Superior de Enfermagem do Porto (ESEP).<\/p><p>O especialista \u00e9 membro da dire\u00e7\u00e3o da Sociedade Portuguesa de Enfermagem de Sa\u00fade Mental e integra a <strong>Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o Regional de Sa\u00fade Mental do Norte<\/strong>, tendo j\u00e1 ocupado, entre 2020 e 2023, o cargo de Presidente do Col\u00e9gio da Especialidade de Enfermagem de Sa\u00fade Mental e Psiqui\u00e1trica da Ordem dos Enfermeiros.<\/p><p>Como <strong>investigador<\/strong>, Francisco Sampaio, que <strong>integra o grupo de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cSelf-Care and Adaptation to Illness\u201d<\/strong>, sediado no RISE-Health, e \u00e9 Action Chair da COST Action \u201cClimate Change Impacts on Mental Health in Europe (CliMent)\u201d, conta com cerca de 100 artigos cient\u00edficos revistos por pares, tr\u00eas livros, e quase 50 cap\u00edtulos de livros publicados.<\/p><p>Destaque-se que a Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, fundada em 1922, conta com mais de 100 mil membros ativos e 600 cap\u00edtulos em institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino e parceiros de sa\u00fade em todos os continentes, apresentando-se como a segunda maior organiza\u00e7\u00e3o mundial de Enfermagem.
