janeiro, no \u00e2mbito da Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa <\/span><span class=\"s6\">Pluiranual<\/span><span class=\"s6\"> de Financiamento das Unidades de I&amp;D da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o para a Ci\u00eancia e a Tecnologia (FCT).<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s11\"><span class=\"s6\">Ao CINTESIS e \u00e0 <\/span><span class=\"s6\">UnIC<\/span><span class=\"s6\"> juntam-se o\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.medinup.pt\/\"><span class=\"s13\"><b>MedInUP<\/b><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s6\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">\u2013\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s12\"><b><i>Centro de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Farmacol\u00f3gica e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o Medicamentosa<\/i><\/b><\/span><span class=\"s6\">, com sede no ICBAS \u2013 Instituto de Ci\u00eancias Biom\u00e9dicas Abel Salazar da Universidade do Porto, e o\u00a0<\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ubi.pt\/sites\/cics\/en\"><span class=\"s8\">CICS-UBI<\/span><\/a><span class=\"s7\">\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Centro de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em Ci\u00eancias da Sa\u00fade,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s12\"><i>sediado<\/i>\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">na Faculdade de Ci\u00eancias da Sa\u00fade da Universidade da Beira Interior<\/span><\/b><span class=\"s6\"><b>\u00a0<\/b>(UBI).<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s11\"><span class=\"s6\">De acordo com o comunicado publicado no dia 22 de janeiro, os coordenadores das quatro unidades acordaram nesta estrat\u00e9gia de fus\u00e3o, que envolver\u00e1 \u201ca articula\u00e7\u00e3o gestion\u00e1ria e complementaridade cient\u00edfica\u201d entre cerca de 500 investigadores doutorados de oito institui\u00e7\u00f5es do Ensino Superior.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s11\"><span class=\"s6\">Desta fus\u00e3o dever\u00e1 decorrer \u201cum natural incremento de massa cr\u00edtica\u201d, \u201cmaiores sinergias, <\/span><span class=\"s6\">multi<\/span><span class=\"s6\"> e interdisciplinares\u201d, uma \u201cgrande abrang\u00eancia cient\u00edfica\u201d e \u201cum aumento de coes\u00e3o territorial entre o litoral e o interior do pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s11\"><span class=\"s6\">Com sede na FMUP, o RISE-<\/span><span class=\"s6\">Health<\/span><span class=\"s6\"> ter\u00e1 polos de gest\u00e3o em quatro unidades org\u00e2nicas da Universidade do Porto (<\/span><span class=\"s7\"><b>ICBAS, Faculdade de Farm\u00e1cia, Faculdade de Medicina Dent\u00e1ria <\/b>e <b>Faculdade de Ci\u00eancias da Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o e Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s6\">), em mais cinco Universidades p\u00fablicas (<\/span><b><span class=\"s7\">Universidade de Tr\u00e1s-os-Montes e Alto Douro<\/span><span class=\"s6\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">Universidade do Algarve<\/span><span class=\"s6\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">Universidade de Aveiro<\/span><span class=\"s6\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">Universidade da Beira Interior<\/span><\/b><span class=\"s6\">\u00a0e\u00a0<\/span><b><span class=\"s7\">Universidade da Madeira<\/span><\/b><span class=\"s6\">) e em duas Universidades privadas (<\/span><b><span class=\"s7\">Universidade Fernando
